Neutral Solutions LLC

   James R. Conner III is the founder and owner of Neutral Solutions LLC.  He has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1990 and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) since 2019. 

   James retired after 25 years of service as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where he investigated complex financial crimes and corruption.  He has conducted thousands of interviews, and testified hundreds of times in a variety of venues.

   James approaches his work from an independent point of view and follows the evidence.  He provides a superior product (financial reports and testimony) that has proven convincing and unimpeachable over and over again in federal, criminal prosecutions.

   James has more recently concentrated his energy on helping couples through divorce.  His goal is to help his clients make better informed decisions through an analysis of their finances before, during, and after divorce.
